Quite a few changes from the situation a couple of months ago:
BannersBroker
http://bannersbroker.com/ezybiz13
has had big problems with withdrawals, losing their debit card facility and only able to send a trickle of STP payments out. They have also made a few changes recently in the traffic management area which have not been very popular. They claim to be introducing a new payment processor soon, probably another card. Meanwhile it's best to keep managing your account to maximise any future payouts.
The detailed step-by-step guide that’s available for those who wish to manage their own accounts has not been updated to V2.9 yet – let me know if you would like a copy of the old version.
I have joined BankonTraffic, and this is going very well, offering a similar program to BannersBroker, but a bit easier to understand. There's a step-by-step guide here.

continues to perform very well and is now by best earning program – full details are on my New Programs page. I put $2k into this at the end of January and now have over 14K ad units, whilst withdrawing 20% of my earnings daily. It pays about 1.3% each day on your total number of ad units and is growing fast. Best of all it's easy to understand. You just have to view 7 ads a day.

is taking a couple of weeks to resolve some issues and get caught up with withdrawals. Meanwhile LifetimePaidHourly is doing very well with a similar plan to HRS and paying out every Tues, Thur and Sunday currently. However these type of programs tend to have a finite life, so like most high yielding programs it's best to recover your seed money fast and then take a % each week (20 to 30%) and re-purchase with the rest

looks like it could become the best revenue share program for 2013 – it’s settled down into a reliable program that should last a long time as it's product based and compliant – details on my New programs page. Now is the time to get into it if you haven’t already.

continues but withdrawals are almost impossible to achieve these days, and I gather Fred Mann has been called in to sort things out for them. I suspect he will recommend a very severe profit shift to get it going again.

is performing like clockwork and pays out very quickly.
